Southwind

Named for the 6th generation farm next door to Woodlawn, Southwind was originally made 10 years ago by farmer and cheesemaker (and our next-door neighbor) Jeremy Russo. It developed a local cult following before going out of production, and when Woodlawn started making cheese, we knew we wanted our local raclette back in the market.

Mild and accessible, Southwind is a farmer’s cheese and a beautiful melter.
